Got my energy back, and I’m not starrving… what did I do different?
NOTHING! At least nothing that I noticed. I even ended up eating less today, and I so WANTED to work out!! It has been such a “chore” to get on the tread mill. But last night, I was craving a workout, so much so, that I walked an extra 15 minutes and did my weight training to follow, and I still didn’t want to stop, But I knew I didn’t want to over do it. THEN, not once did my stomach growl or protest to me not immediately going down and eating so much as a carrot, infact, I had NO desire for food at all! I took my shower, went down to the office and worked for an hour then stayed up till 3am watching movies. And never got hungry!! I feel so energized today, and anxious to workout again already ( and it’s not even noon yet), altho, I am getting hungry, so time to go figure out a sensible lunch! Enjoy your weekend everyone!!
