Why am I hungry all the time?
Im not sure why, but even after I eat, im still hungry. I was hoping after 3 months of regulating my “diet”, eating healthy, my stomach and body would adjust. I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day, but it doesn’t seem to be enough. I have lost weight and I’m only 2 lbs from my goal, but all I think about is food, and snacks. It’s driving me crazy. Then by evening I no longer have energy to work out ( I always workout in the evening). I have to make myself excersise (its always been a ‘want to’, not a ‘have to’) just so I can fit another snack into my day and keep my calories in check. All I know is my stomach is growling, I go to bed hungry. I have been enjoying the journey and happy with making it a “lifestyle” But I can’t do it, if I’m always hungry. With my weight going down, so does my allowed caloric intake….Please help if you got any advise.


Loosing is fine but, you shouldn’t still be hungry. That should have stopped within a couple of weeks of dieting. Sounds as if something is missing. I would look into it some more. Get on a board or see if Dr. Marc will answer it for you.
You are a real trooper for lasting this long. I am proud of you. But, don’t over do it ok?
