It’s been awhile….
Where to begin… First of all, I have posted a couple times but for some reason, my posts were not showing up public, now that I got that fixed, thought I’d recap, and announce that I have just TWO pounds to go to reach my goal of 110 lbs!! I am so pumped. Along with that goal was a six pack Ab. I have a great start, I can see the definition starting, but its not there yet. I now know that realistically that will take some time to develop. I continue to work out at least 5 days a week 30-60 minutes on the the treadmill (10%, 3MPH) and/or 30 minutes circuit weight/strength training. I am down to only being able to pinch 1/2″ of flab on my lower belly, and I know that under that last little bit are some defined abs just waiting to make their appearance. I am hoping that by the end of summer the six pack will start to show and by next summer it will be well defined. I have noticed a major difference in the deffinition in my legs and arms as well. I remember now why I use to workout so vigerously years ago, I feel so good, and sexy again, and I’m not affraid to wear a bikini again.
Last month we bought a new Harley and we have found a new passion! It is getting harder to stay home and work on the yard, especially with the nice weather… everytime the temperature rises outside, so does the desire to ditch the work and go for a ride!
So to sum it all up… I am feeling great, still doing good with my new eating habits, I have not lost my motivation, I have gone from a size 9 to a size 3 (jeans). I haven’t felt this good in 15 years. I have ditched all my “fat” jeans, never to be seen again, treating myself to new clothes and new styles. Enjoying life, and encouraging everyone out there to keep it up, with determination and motivation, you can do it too! And remember…. It’s not the destiation, but the journey that counts! Make it a good one!
