Plateau! Is this it for me???

Ok, I’m trying to stay positive!  But I have not seen a weight change in two weeks!  Now that has its positives and negatives.  At least I’m not gaining!  But at the same time I’m not losing.  I have not strayed from my diet, but ever so slightly.  I am still maintaining 1200 calories a day, keeping my deficit within the 250-750 range.  I work out everyday 30 minutes on the treadmill, and 30 minutes with the home gym.  I am small boned, petite.  When I got married  22 years ago, I only weighed 95 lbs, I was training for body building (only 5% body fat).  Over the years, with marriage, life and kids I have ballooned up to 130.  I’m only trying to reach 110- 115 now, but I seem to have stopped  at 118, just three pounds short of my mini goal.  Could this sudden ERCHHHH in my weightloss, be because of muscle gain, if so Im OK with that, or am I trying too hard, and my body is telling me to SLOW DOWN!  Any suggestions?  I’m all ears!

Like they tell me, try to stagger your calories. Your body may have gotten too used to the calorie level you are on.

yes, we all agree to up your calories. It worked for me. I upped them for a couple of days and then added an extra half an hour a day to the walking I was doing and I lost some weight. I have been walking varied amounts each day to see if that makes a difference too. I have had a plateau since December and I totally know how discouraging it is!
